Currently holding the position of Head of Operations at the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) in Bangladesh, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic management skills. Previously, he served as Deputy Chief of Party at the U.S. Pharmacopeia and Director Country Operations at MSH. His distinguished career includes senior positions at globally recognized organizations such as Save the Children USA, Save the Children Int., Counterpart Int., and Yupoong. These roles have showcased his adeptness in organizational leadership and strategic management. Mr. Rahman is deeply committed to social work, advocating for children, women, labor rights, and marginalized communities, with a particular focus on health systems strengthening.
